- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your tour are non-refundable.

If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule your tour based on availability. Of course! Children are welcome to board our clear boat tours, and the experience is suitable for most ages. The calm waters of Grace Bay make the ride smooth and enjoyable, and kids love spotting marine life through the transparent floor. However, we recommend that young children be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety and comfort.
If your child is 9 years old or younger, the price is reduced to $55 for the public clear boat tour. If they are 2 years or younger, they may ride completely free!
Our boats can comfortably accommodate up to 15 passengers and 2 crew members. Our private clear boat rental package is limited to 8 guests, but additional guests (up to 15) can be added for the price of a public clear boat ticket!
