Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your tour are non-refundable.

Of course, we know that Caribbean weather and waves can be unpredictable. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule your tour based on availability. This was very informative fun air condition trolley ride learn so much about the island the history the neighborhoods. Highly recommended. The meal at Omar's was a cherry on the top of the Sunday on the nice breezy Beach beautiful. Make sure you ask for Lou and bus driver Dudley. They'll make sure you have a good time. Family oriented, drinks provided, .....dint make the mistake of not doing this trolley tour!!!! Free ice cream, too....🎉🌞

The 70-minute ride was absolutely incredible. The boat itself was amazing—so clear that it felt like snorkeling while staying dry.

We were treated to stunning views of vibrant fish and a variety of turtles swimming gracefully beneath us. One of the most memorable sights was a stingray hiding in the sand, which was such a special experience!

The crew members were fantastic, providing educational insights about the ocean life we were seeing, which added a wonderful touch to the tour.

To top it all off, we were served cold drinks at the end of the tour, making for a perfect finish to a beautiful outing.

Absolutely incredible experience! The clear boat excursion was one of the highlights of our trip and exceeded all of our expectations. Captain Steven was great! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the ocean! My 2 year old had a blast and was totally engaged the entire time! Saw 17 turtles—3 hawksbill and the rest green, big mutton, and eagle rays. As two scuba divers sharing this with our two year old was so amazing!

We also follow all local regulations and conduct regular inspections to ensure our boats operate safely and smoothly.

Can I bring children?

Of course! Children are welcome to board our clear boat tours, and the experience is suitable for most ages. The calm waters of Grace Bay make the ride smooth and enjoyable, and kids love spotting marine life through the transparent floor. However, we recommend that young children be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety and comfort.

If your child is 9 years old or younger, the price is reduced to $55 for the public clear boat tour. If they are 2 years or younger, they may ride completely free!

How many people can fit on the boat?

Our boats can comfortably accommodate up to 15 passengers and 2 crew members. Our private clear boat rental package is limited to 8 guests, but additional guests (up to 15) can be added for the price of a public clear boat ticket!

Do I need to know how to swim?

No, you do not need to know how to swim to enjoy our clear boat tours. The entire experience takes place onboard, so you can comfortably view marine life and stunning scenery without ever entering the water.

Our boats are stable and guided by experienced crew members to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride for all guests.

What’s included in the price?

Your booking includes the full 75-minute clear boat tour through Grace Bay and the local coral gardens in Princess Alexandra National Park. It also includes a complimentary bottle of water served onboard to keep you refreshed.

While not included in the base price, guests also have the option to purchase professional photography at the end of the trip for an additional price. These clear boat photoshoots are typically taken on the front bow with the crystal clear turquoise waters beneath for a stunning keepsake.
